Robertson - President
Burke Robertson has been involved in commercial real estate and finance
since 1971. In 1988 he formed Burke Robertson & Associates, Inc. In
2007 the company was renamed Coldwell Banker Mountain Valley Properties.
The company is organized to provide Real Estate Brokerage, Asset Management
and Consultation Services for residential and investment properties throughout
the Carolinas and Virginia.
Burke is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina,
South Carolina and Virginia. He is past president of the North Carolina
Income Property Association and a member of the International Council
of Shopping Centers and The Urban Land Institute. He is a past president
of the Surry County Board of Realtors.
Amy Bledsoe - Broker-in-Charge
Amy has been a licensed broker since 1988. After spending many years in
residential sales Amy also specializes in new construction with Master
Craft Builders of Mount Airy, Inc. Amy has served as the President of
the Surry County Board of Realtors, was chosen Realtor of the Year in
2002, serves on the Professional Standards committee and is currently
the Association Executive for the Board. Amy has two daughters and is
involved in various family, church and community activities.

Louise Taylor, GRI, CRS -
Broker
Louise has over 43 years of experience in residential
real estate in North Carolina and Virginia. She was voted "Realtor
of the Year" by the Surry County Board of Realtors twice. She
has served as president of the board twice, as well as numerous other
committees. Louise has been a charter member of Altrusa International
Club of Professionals since 1977 and is also Eastern Star for 25 years.

Cramer - Broker
Katie joined Coldwell Banker Mountain Valley
Properties in 2006 after moving her license from RI to NC. Katie brings
a fresh perspective to the real estate market with a background of
over 10 years as a Kitchen and Bath Designer for a remodeling firm.
Along with her Certified Graduate Remodelor credentials, Katie is
also a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist and Green Advantage Residential
Certified. As a team, Katie and Roger Cramer welcome the opportunity
to serve the needs of our growing community with the combined background
of over 40 years in the real estate industry.

Randy Joyce - Broker
Randy has been a Real Estate Broker with Coldwell Banker Mountain
Valley Properties since 2001. Randy, a lifetime resident of Mount
Airy, graduated from Appalachian State University and has been serving
the Surry County community since 1984. He and his wife Tammy have
2 sons, Drew and Tanner and are very active and supportive of youth
activities in Mount Airy and Surry County. He works with Joyce Auto
Parts and enjoys utilizing his customer service skills in the real
estate field.

Kaysa Wilmoth
has joined the Coldwell Banker team
Roots run deep for Kaysa, born in Mount Airy and raised in the Pine
Ridge Community. She started very young volunteering her time to
local organizations. It was then that she developed a love of helping
others. This love of helping others lead into her Real Estate career.
Her goal was to help families find "their perfect place".
Kaysa's passion for her clients and their families has lead to her
being a top producer within the first two years of her career, 2006
and 2007.
When not helping a client Kaysa spends her quality
time with her 3 wonderful sons, Josh, Justin and Jacob. She enjoys
taking little road trips to new places and long walks and talks

Jennifer Watson
Jennifer is a life long native of Mount Airy, NC/Ararat, VA and
very familiar with the area. She graduated from Patrick County High
School in 2001, and currently lives in the White Plains community
with her husband of two years. She is an active member of Willis
Gap Baptist Church and enjoys traveling, recreational cycling, playing
with her 3 dogs and spending quality time with her family. Jennifer
prides herself on taking the time to find out the exact needs of
her clients and making buying or selling a home as easy of a transition
