As members of the Triad Multiple Listing Service (MLS) we can show any property listed by any Realtor in the area. This means you can deal with one agent, rather than going from agent to agent on each property. The Buyer's Agent will get to know you and what you are looking for and he/she will give you the full professional, personal and confidential representation you deserve as a buyer.

We will set up appointments to see properties, take you to see the properties and once you find one you want to purchase, we will be there through closing. We will present the offer and then assist you as you go through inspections and financing, until you are ready to close on the property.

We also provide Dual Agency. This means as a Buyer, you may want to look at a property that we have listed. We can represent both the Seller, and you the Buyer. We will represent both parties fully and fairly. We will ask that you approve this in writing.
